That the products are flatt-packed instead of being volumetric is yet another saving regarding transportation costs.

At the destination, depending on the size of the project, assembly fabrication of volume modules can be used, or on-site assembly if the project is not large enough to warrant near-site assembly fabrication. 

The speed with which UMBS buildings can be erected is yet another saving. Working with the same few components no matter what building design, makes the assembly uniquely repetitive and consequently fast.

There are no wastes, another saving aspect. This is not only a saving for the development, but also for the administrative area where the project is located. Conventional building methods contribute more than a third to all wastes. 

The quality of the UMBS buildings is of a very high standard, and much better than conventional building methods can deliver. 

As the insulation of UMBS designed Buildings is unique in that there are NO thermal bridges anywhere in the construction, the system lends itself uniquely to any climate zone. 

The manufacturing would therefore have a global market, even to a turn-key delivery. 

China has unique potential in this regard, as there is manpower available from the building sector which can be retrained to build with UMBS components. Sending such teams of specialists to the project sites or near-site modular assembly factory, would ensure the fastest possible quality assembly, it should lover insurance costs, and it definitely saves time and associated cost of capital, beside providing sourly needed employment for this category of workers.
